Lawler holds advanced academic and professional credentials, including a Master of Science in Safety Management, a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Safety, and certifications as a Certified Safety Professional (CSP), Associate Safety Professional (ASP), and Construction Safety & Health Technician (CHST).

With over three decades of experience managing safety on major projects and conducting more than 50 OSHA inspections, he combines academic expertise with hands-on field insight.
